The service
RxMate lets patients find doctors, book serials and see their records, and gives doctors software to run their practice. RxMate does not give medical advice; your doctor does.
Bookings
A serial is a place in the doctor's queue for that session; the time shown is an estimate. Chambers may change or cancel serials, and you can ask them to. Fees are set by each doctor.
Payments
Online payments for bookings go to the doctor's own merchant account. Refunds are the chamber's decision. Subscription fees for doctors are billed monthly in BDT.
Doctors' responsibilities
Doctors are responsible for what they prescribe and for keeping their registration current. RxMate may hide a listing while a registration is being checked.
Accounts
Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put patients at risk.
